Auction Disclosure:
Buyer Beware. AAFCC is not responsible for and cannot offer a refund or exchange for lost, missing or stolen certificates. AAFCC will not offer a refund or exchange in the event a business closes or goes out of business before the expiration date printed on the certificate.
All products sold in this auction are sold “as is” in their current mechanical and/or aesthetic condition. No written or implied warranties are applicable other than warranties provided by the manufacturer.
By participating in the auction you agree not to hold AAFCC, its affiliates, their officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, and employees (the “Company”) responsible for other users' actions or inactions, including items posted. You understand and acknowledge that the Company is not a traditional auctioneer. We have no control over and do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items advertised or the truth or accuracy of listings.
If you have a dispute with one or more sellers, you release AAFCC, its affiliates, their officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, and employees from claims, demands and damages, actual and consequential, of any kind, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

You must be at least 18 years of age
You must be a registered user with this site.
You must register in order to bid. Click on REGISTER NOW to register. Payment information is not required to register.
Review the auction items by clicking on the category on the left-hand side. Be sure to scroll down to see all available items.
Bid on an item by clicking on the item.
You will receive an email confirmation regarding the bid status; and you may re-bid if necessary. AAFCC is not responsible for lost or misdirected emails.
High bidder receives email confirmation with instructions on how to pay for the item.
Payment must be made within 3 days of winning the auction.
Auction user name can be changed if deemed misleading or inappropriate.
If winning bidder wants delivery, installation or set-up additional fees will apply.
Items may be taxable. Please double check all descriptions
Your Bid is a Contract:
Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from AAFCC. No refunds, no exchanges. All sales are final.
Bidding and Buying:
As a buyer, you are obligated to complete the transaction with AAFCC if you are the highest bidder at the end of the auction (meeting the applicable minimum bid) and your bid is accepted by AAFCC. By bidding on an item you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description so long as those conditions of sale are not in violation of this Agreement or unlawful by the state of South Carolina or North Carolina. Unless you and AAFCC mutually agree otherwise, you will become the item's lawful owner upon physical receipt of a voucher or item from AAFCC are not retractable except in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: when AAFCC materially changes the item's description after you bid or a clear typographical error is made. If you choose to bid on mature audience items or items that are restricted to adult use, you are certifying that you have the legal right to purchase such items in the state of North Carolina or South Carolina. No refunds, no exchanges. All sales are final.
